This solution organically combines transformer step-down and low-voltage distribution functions within a fully enclosed, movable steel structure enclosure that provides protection against moisture, rust, dust, rodents, fire, theft, and heat. It is particularly suitable for urban grid construction and renovation projects.
Structurally, it adopts the composition of high and low voltage switch cabinets and transformers. It is applicable to mines, factories, oil and gas fields and wind power stations. It has replaced the original civil construction distribution rooms and distribution stations, becoming a new type of complete set of power transformation and distribution equipment. It is also applicable to residential communities, urban public transformers, busy downtown areas, construction power supplies, etc. Users can choose box-type transformers according to different usage conditions and load levels.

● Technologically advanced and reliable. The enclosure typically uses aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, while the frame employs standard container materials and manufacturing processes, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
● Factory prefabrication. Designers need only create the primary wiring diagram and external equipment layout based on the substation's actual requirements to select the appropriate specifications and models from the manufacturer's range of box-type substations. The entire substation can be installed and commissioned in approximately 5 to 8 days, significantly reducing construction time.
● Compact footprint. A box-type substation occupies only one-tenth of the land area required by a conventional substation of equivalent capacity. It can be installed and put into operation in locations such as streets, plazas, or factory corners.
